Returns & Exchanges

At PALLADIUM EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items back into their PALLADIUM shoebox and secure them in a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
